This is an authentic brick from Comiskey Park, "The Baseball Palace of the World." During Joe Jackson's Major League Baseball career, when he and his teams played games in Chicago, they played at Comiskey.

The White Sox played their home games at the original Comiskey Park from 1910 to 1990, but Comiskey was the home to so much more:

- Four World Series
- Three MLB All-Star Games (including the first ever, in 1933)
- Many Negro Leagues East-West All-Star Games (including the first ever, also in 1933)
- Many NFL games (including the 1947 NFL Championship Game)
- Boxing matches
- Soccer games
- The world-famous exploding scoreboard
- Renowned organist Nancy Faust
- Many concerts (including The Beatles)
- Disco Demolition Night

Comiskey Park was demolished in sections throughout 1991 by Speedway Wrecking Company. One of our board members, Richard Heusel, bought a number of the original bricks and donated them to the museum to help us raise funds. Now we are making them available to purchase. We have affixed a 4" x 2" silver nameplate to each brick, authenticating them as being from Comiskey Park. Each brick is roughly 8" x 3.5" x 2.25".

Each brick is unique, so while you will receive a full, authentic brick, it will look slightly different from the one pictured.
